What will happens, if monkeys decided to live like humans?

Hello readers, in this  we are going to about the fasting monkeys suffer from hunger.

Monkeys thought that there were equivalent to humans and decided to implement Ekadasivrathamu.

One day the king of monkeys called all the monkeys and said, 'Do you know that our ancestors were symbols of courage, valiance and education. They were famous in these in all the three lokas. Our ancestors Hanumantha flew across the ocean and burnt Lankapura. He was a  scholar in grammar and all the people worshiped him.

This kind of great people were in our monkey family. I feel that we are far better than humans. How can we be inferior to them? What the greatness of humans? We should think how humans are superior to us.' With these words he stopped. On hearing the words of the king of monkeys, they felt elated. They felt wonder at the greatness of their monkey family. Observing the enthusiasm of the monkeys,  the king spoke again, ' Humans are following the principles of righteousness  and they got the knowledge from books.  We should also get command on the holy books. As we have ignored the traditions,  we were treated as animals.

What we have to do is bearing difficulties we should follow the righteous way.  As a first step, we must perform Ekadasi fasting. This is the first step to become equivalent to humans. All the monkeys happily agreed to the suggestion of their king. He felt that they would be equal to humans just by fasting. The next day early in the morning all the monkeys went to the nearby river and had their bath. They  memorized the name of Sri Rama and thus they started their fasting. 

By nature monkeys are fickle. Within a short time, they could not be stable. They felt restless.

After a while, a monkey said,  'Friends, we have to continue fasting as a part of P the Vrathamu, but there is a problem. Being fast today, we will not be able to go the blackberry trees tomorrow. So, it is better to go here now. Just we will go there, that's all.' All agreed and went to the trees. They spent some time there and one of the monkeys said that the next day they might not be able to climb the trees and so we will climb the trees and just sit in the branches.

All agreed and climbed the trees. Monkeys climbed the trees and when they saw the blackberries, they felt like eating. Meanwhile one monkey said, 'Friends, God has given bags down the cheeks. They are empty now. So we pluck the blackberries and keep them in our skinny bags, but we will eat them tomorrow. They all agreed and started plucking the fruit. The moment, they put the fruit into their mouths, they  tasted them and ultimately they broke their fasting. In this way they showed their  instability.

By this story, we can understood that it is no use to follow someone blindly.
