How do you deal with humidity?

To reduce the effects of humidity, doctors advise the need to stay away from places of high humidity, while emphasizing the necessity of being in well-ventilated places, in addition to washing the body frequently, whether through ablution or frequent bathing, so that he can deal with the heat of the air and not store it.

It is also important to drink adequate amounts of water, so that the body compensates for what it has lost due to the high temperature.

According to studies, doctors say that drinking one cup of tea or coffee benefits diuresis, helps rid the body of excess water, and reduces the likelihood of experiencing a general decline in blood circulation.

Moisture affects not only the body, but also homes. The German Association of Companies Specialized in Air Conditioning for Buildings said that it is possible to fight humidity in the home by blocking the sun, by closing all windows, roller blinds, outdoor awnings for windows or fabric blinds, and something can be installed on the windows, to protect from the sun.

The association noted that drying clothes indoors causes a high degree of humidity in the room. And then a feeling of suffocation, and it is not recommended to leave wet towels in rooms or hang them in front of open windows.

To reduce humidity, electrical appliances must be completely sealed; As it is in the ready position, it radiates a degree of heat; This causes the room temperature to rise, and good ventilation plays a major role in reducing humidity.

On the other hand, it is recommended to open the bathroom niches after using it; Because it is the main source of moisture, due to the bathtub in it.

Middle East and humidity.

In the Gulf countries, humidity rises in the summer, reaching very high levels, and many countries in the Middle East region recorded high temperatures, especially in Kuwait. A scientific study previously warned that high temperatures and humidity in the Gulf region will make living in it impossible after 60 or 80 years.

The study, which was published in the journal "Nature Climate Change", indicated that "high temperatures are causing people to drown in sweat, which cannot be evaporated from their bodies, due to a sharp rise in humidity, which in turn evaporates as a result of the high temperature of water." ".

Hence, this exposes the human body to danger, and with continuous high temperatures and humidity at the same time, for long times, this creates non-viable conditions, according to what the study reported.

The researchers believe that the temperature and humidity will reach a critical level in the period between 2071 and 2100 in some regions of the Gulf, especially in Qatar, the UAE and some regions of Iran.

In this context, temperatures in a number of regions of Iraq and Iran have approached last summer, the level of danger, as the daytime temperatures there sometimes exceeded 50 degrees Celsius and at night 30 degrees.
