Powerful techniques to be free from negative thoughts.



A small bad thought or a slight hard time can make your day worse so much that it can drag you down and make you feel that you don't deserve to be happy. So it is important to see the light in yourself and remove the darkness from your mind. 




Let's see some techniques that can help you to overcome from this dark hole. 


Positive affirmations. Negative thoughts popps up frequently because these thoughts are imprinted in our subconscious mind. We should replace those thoughts with positive thoughts. For that you should imprint your mind with positive thoughts. Formulate positive affirmations with "I Am" or "I Can" example " I am brave" " I am successful" " I can do this" etc. Repeat these affirmations before you sleep and as soon as you wake up. These are best time when your brain accepts the idea and gets imprinted. Repeat this procedure for 30 days. You can also say these affirmations whenever you feel down or anxious. You can definitely feel the change in your thinking and attitude.  




Practice Gratitude., Difficulty in asknowledging blessings of life small or big is one important reason for continuous negative thoughts . It can also make you feel that you don't deserve any good in this world. Practicing gratitude can help you change the way you look at yourself and this world. This is a proven technique and now it is often recommended by psychologist. Write down 10 things that you are grateful for. It can be anything from small to big. If you are finding difficult to point out then you can start with "I am so grateful for i am alive", " I am grateful for all the wonderful people in my life" etc.. If  negative thought comes in your mind try to change that to a positive one and write it down with positive gratitude sentence. Practice it everyday. Practice this regularly and feel thankful before you sleep.  



Seek medical assistance if necessary. If you find yourself in a situation where you have recurrent suicidal thoughts, don't wait consult a counselor or psychologist immediately. There can be pathological reason for your depressed feelings. Our brain works with electrical impulses and chemicals. Disturbances in these chemicals can cause psychological and emotional problems.

Practicing meditation by focusing on your breathing can help you relax your disturbed mind. You can practice positive affirmations or gratitude affirmations while doing meditation. 



Most important thing "Love youself", feel good about yourself. Don't try to be someone else, everyone are unique we have our own role to play in this world. Focus on yourself, try to build self confidence it can boost your self esteem. When you feel good about yourself you will start to see things around you in a beautiful way.
